This 1923 bungalow was our first complete home rehabilitation project. The renovation included a full kitchen remodel, two full bathroom renovations, a dormer addition, and a lengthy list of custom built-ins, millwork, and storage to maximize functionality in the 1700-square-foot home.

The owners of this 1910 craftsman came to us hoping to modernize their historic home to meet their needs while preserving its heritage. We reimagined each space, marrying contemporary functionality and historic charm. We concluded the project by handing off detailed construction drawings and a fully-specified finishes list so the homeowners can work their way through the renovations as it works for them.
